The need for high quality education increases globally. In the Netherlands, too, more and more students end up in an international working environment upon graduation. These developments emphasize the necessity to help our students develop international competencies in order to strengthen their position on the labour market.
Therefore, HAS University of Applied Sciences aims at fully integrating its three primary processes -
in an international setting and by co-operating with the public authorities, entrepreneurs, knowledge institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGO’s).
#1 postion International student mobility
With regard to international student mobility, HAS has acquired a #1 position in the Netherlands. Furthermore, through our worldwide participation in capacity building and business development projects, the international project portfolio of HAS keeps on growing, and so does the number of HAS lecturers with international experience.
To achieve this, HAS cherishes its enduring relationships with both its public and private partners. More information on the different types of international collaboration can be found under HAS International Projects (HIP) and Partner institutions.
