How to apply

Although registration closed for most study programmes on 1 May, it is still possible to register for the following study programmes after this date:

If you are interested registering for one of these programmes, you should contact the relevant study advisor by submitting the registration form as soon as possible. Click on the study programme of your choice above to fill in the registration form.

The study advisor will give you further details regarding the registration procedures applicable after 1 May.
 

Please note the following:
When you apply after the deadline of May 1st we won’t be able to arrange accommodation for you.

 

Enrolment at HAS University of Applied Sciences through Studielink


Studielink Enrolment step-by-step
Enrolment for a study programme at HAS University of Applied Sciences, location ’s-Hertogenbosch or Venlo, is to be arranged at Studielink, www.studielink.nl. When using Studielink for the first time, we recommend that you initially go over the step-by-step plan that you can find in the ‘Help’ section on the Studielink website. All the data from Studielink will be automatically sent to HAS University of Applied Sciences. The International Office of HAS University of Applied Sciences processes the applications of international students.

Application procedure step-by-step

  1. Create an account in Studielink
  2. Log in via Studielink and add your previous education

(please use the exact name of your diploma/current study programme)

  1. Submit an enrolment application
  2. You will receive two emails:
    - An e-mail containing a personal link to a digital motivation form you need to submit
    - An upload request containing a personal link which will direct you to a web based application.
  3. Click on the personal link you will receive in your mailbox* to fill in the digital motivation form and submit the form
  4. Click on the personal link you will receive in your mailbox* to upload the required documents

*) The International Office will use your personal e-mail address which you have provided in Studielink. It is possible that emails from International Office or HAS will be delivered in your Spam box. Please check your Spam box regularly.


After receipt of all the required documents it will take approximately 4 weeks before we will inform you about your admission. If after 4 weeks you haven't heard from the International Office, please send an email to the International Office at international@has.nl.

Required documents
Please upload the following documents within 6 weeks after registration in Studielink:

A recent passport photo in colour 1

A copy of your valid passport or ID card (front and back)

A copy of your Dutch residence permit (if applicable)

Your curriculum vitae

A copy of your transcript of records 2

  1. Scanned as separate .jpg file, 3x4 cm, 200x300 pixels, max. 50 mb, 200 dpi, we cannot use a photo in pdf file.
  2. In case you haven’t graduated yet, please upload a transcript of records including your results so far.

 

The following documents are also required, but may be uploaded later if you haven’t obtained these yet:

Document Deadline

A certified copy of your secondary school diploma or other prior education diploma or certificate

Before 15th of August 2017

Your IELTS/ TOEFL/ Cambridge Esol test results 3

Before 1st of July 2017
  1. Not applicable in case you have completed your entire previous education in English or in case you have obtained a diploma of secondary education that is mentioned on the Nuffic Diploma List.


Important: please specify the exact name of your diploma in the title of the scanned document.


Enrolment for study programmes in Dutch
If you wish to enrol for a Dutch-taught study programme, please go to the Dutch version of the HAS University of Applied Sciences website.
